My journey started in childhood, inspired by precious moments spent with my nana, who loved visiting her stylist weekly for her “wash and set.” Her middle name, Ivy, honors her legacy and inspired the name "Gia Ivy Hair." It felt like a natural choice to honor her memory when I selected my business name.

Welcome to VICI Beauty and Spa, a vibrant sanctuary for beauty and wellness founded by Nikki, a dedicated Licensed Esthetician and Licensed Esthetician Instructor. Since the opening in 2022, VICI has evolved from a quaint room that once held her treatment room in Boardman, now into an expansive 3,000+ square foot space, reflecting the passion and vision for exceptional beauty services.

​The name “VICI” (pronounced "VEE-CHEE") is not just a brand; it’s a part of Nikki’s name and a legacy she has built and is continuing to build. It embodies the values that are most sacred and important to her. With this personal touch, Nikki infuses every aspect of VICI with heart and soul, creating a place where beauty is celebrated in all its forms.

As VICI outgrew its initial space, Nikki strategically moved downtown into a 580 square foot space offering her esthetic business a new location for growth bringing in lashes and nails; in July of 2024 that same year; she expanded once again within the same location than adding 1700 square feet to the business, expanding the offerings to include hair, nails, and retail. Now located in a bustling plaza next to a Barber Shop and Salon Centric, an excessive retail store for beauty professionals, VICI has become a one-stop destination for all your beauty needs. This ideal location enhances the client experience, providing a sense of community and convenience.
At the heart of VICI is an extraordinary team of 18 talented individuals, comprising cosmetologists, a makeup artist, estheticians, nail technicians, and licensed instructors. This diverse group brings together years of experience, including seasoned master stylists and colorists dedicated to delivering superior beauty services.
